In-Haus Habitat
In-Haus Habitat is an artist-run organization combining the structure and contemplation of art in academia with the vibrancies and freedom of the broader creative community. These distinct artistic cultures are merged through curated exhibitions in alternative spaces. In-Haus Habitat allows creative people to converse, collaborate, showcase, contemplate, and flourish. It holds space for artists to organically transcend the local/academic divide, creating a more unified and well-rounded Gainesville art community. In-Haus Habitat was started by Kyle Selley in 2023 in collaboration with the University of Florida and the Gainesville art community.
